Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution center at the address provided in your RMA email.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
